All rates are NDIS statutory rates for FY26/27, effective 1 July 2026. We charge disability support rates because our drivers are trained support workers — not just drivers.

Unlike regular taxi services, our drivers hold police checks, Working With Vulnerable People accreditations, and the appropriate driver accreditations. They are experienced in transporting people with disability and understand the importance of patience, dignity, and care on every journey.

Vehicle Capacity: For large motorised wheelchairs, we recommend specialist WAT (Wheelchair Accessible Transport) providers. We are not a WAT provider.

Group Bookings: Costs can be split amongst NDIS participants — ideal for living skills programs engaging with the community as a group.

  • NDIS Plan Managed: Direct billing to your plan manager
  • NDIS Self Managed: Invoice provided for reimbursement
  • Private Pay: Credit card or bank transfer (CC fee: $0.30 + 1.7%)
