How do I register for transport?
Complete the registration form below, or call us on 1300 DRIVISION (1300 374 847). We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your schedule.
Is transport covered by my NDIS plan?
Yes. We provide supported transport services which can be funded under your NDIS plan. We invoice your plan manager directly with the correct NDIS codes, or provide an invoice to you if you're self-managed.
What mobility aids can you accommodate?
Passengers may bring small collapsible mobility aids — we assist with loading. We are not a wheelchair accessible transport provider and cannot accommodate non-collapsible wheelchairs or motorised scooters. If you have specific requirements, please let us know when registering.
What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
Please call us as soon as possible on 1300 374 847. For regular scheduled runs, we work with WILLing to Care to adjust transport as needed.
Which areas do you pick up from?
We service suburbs across the ACT including Belconnen, Tuggeranong, Weston Creek, Gungahlin, Woden Valley, Inner Canberra, Molonglo Valley, and Queanbeyan. Contact us if you're unsure about your area.
Can a family member or support worker travel with the participant?
Yes, where space allows. Please mention this when registering so we can ensure the right vehicle is allocated.
What happens if a driver is running late?
We monitor all trips in real time. If any delays occur, we'll contact you and the guardian immediately to keep everyone informed.
