How do I book my first trip?
You can register using the form below, or call us directly at 1300 DRIVISION (1300 374 847) to arrange your transport needs.
Is this covered by my NDIS plan?
Yes! Because we provide supported transport services, we can be funded under your NDIS plan. We provide the appropriate invoice with the correct NDIS codes directly to you if you are plan-managed, or to your plan coordinator for processing. Your support coordinator can help confirm your available funding and arrange approvals.
What mobility aids can you accommodate?
We can safely transport foldable wheelchairs and portable demountable scooters. Our drivers are trained in proper securing and handling. If you have specific requirements, please let us know when booking.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We understand plans change. Please call us as soon as possible at 1300 374 847. For regular scheduled trips, we work with Willing to Care to adjust your transport as needed.
Which areas of Canberra do you service?

What safety measures do you have in place?
All drivers hold the necessary Working With Vulnerable Persons accreditations as well as driver accreditations. They complete disability awareness training to ensure quality care. Can family members travel with me?
Yes! We can accommodate family members or support persons when space allows. Please mention this when booking so we can ensure the right vehicle is assigned.
