To provide safe transport, Drivision Mobility Solutions requires complete knowledge of each participant's medical and care management plan. You must disclose any relevant information including:

Medications and administration schedules
Seizure protocols and emergency procedures
Behavioural management strategies
Mobility aids and assistive equipment
Communication methods and sensory sensitivities
Emergency medical contacts and procedures
